1. Operator, scope and eligibility

These Terms of Use govern TheXRPBlast.com and its newsletter signup, reader polls, editorial information, offers and embedded videos (the “Service”). The Service is operated by SSP Organization, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), under The XRP Blast brand, powered by ProCoinNews.

Please read these terms before using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use it. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can lawfully use it in their location. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices; it is not a blanket consent to every form of processing.

2. Editorial information and financial-risk disclosure

Our content is for general news, education, commentary and discussion. It is not individualized investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and does not establish an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage or professional-client relationship.

A reference to XRP, a token, company, product, exchange or investment does not by itself constitute a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell or hold it. Coverage, opinions, forecasts and reader votes should not be your sole basis for a financial decision. Consider your own circumstances, independently verify important information and consult appropriately qualified professionals where needed.

Digital assets can be highly volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Risks can include fraud, illiquidity, custody or private-key loss, platform failure, security incidents and regulatory changes. Past performance, hypothetical results and price targets do not guarantee future outcomes. We do not promise profits, accuracy of predictions, eligibility for an offer or investment protection.

We seek to provide useful information, but facts, prices, availability and regulations can change quickly. Content may contain errors or become outdated. A publication date is not a promise that a story remains current, and we do not undertake to update every past item.

3. Newsletter subscription and communications

Joining is free. Submit only an email address you control or are authorized to use, and provide accurate information. The signup button requests The XRP Blast / ProCoinNews email news and offers as described next to the form. We may validate addresses, reject abusive or invalid submissions, and manage delivery through our newsletter systems.

Messages can contain editorial updates, advertisements, sponsored features, discounts and affiliate offers. Frequency and sending arrangements can vary. “Daily” does not guarantee one message per day or uninterrupted delivery. You can unsubscribe through a newsletter’s unsubscribe link or contact us for help. Voting in a poll or watching a video does not, by itself, subscribe you.

Access to free content does not obligate you to purchase anything. Any future paid product must have its own clearly presented price and purchase terms; these terms do not authorize a charge.

4. Reader polls and participation

Polls are voluntary, informal reader surveys. They are not scientific samples, verified public-opinion measurements, investment recommendations, elections, or guarantees of what the broader XRP community believes. Results can reflect self-selection, repeat-vote controls and other limitations.

Submit your own genuine response. Do not use bots, coordinated duplicate submissions, identity misrepresentation, cookie manipulation or technical interference to distort results. We may exclude suspected abusive responses, correct counting errors, close a poll or change future questions. There is no prize or payment for voting unless a separate promotion expressly says otherwise and provides its own rules.

By submitting a response, you permit us to record it, calculate and display aggregate results, and use aggregate findings in our coverage, consistent with the Privacy Policy. This does not give us ownership of your personal information or authorize unrelated marketing.

5. Advertising, affiliate relationships and third-party offers

We may receive compensation from advertisers, sponsors or affiliate partners, including a commission when a reader follows a link and makes a qualifying purchase or takes another qualifying action. Compensation can create a financial interest in an offer. Specific sponsored placements and material relationships should be identified in the relevant content; this general notice is not a substitute for a disclosure where it is needed.

Third-party sellers control their products, prices, eligibility, availability, shipping, refunds and other terms. Discounts and early-access opportunities may be limited, changed or withdrawn. Check the seller’s current terms before providing information or paying. Unless a particular offer expressly identifies SSP Organization, LLC as the seller, your transaction is with the third party.

Featuring an offer is not a guarantee of its safety, quality, returns or suitability. We do not ask for wallet recovery phrases or private keys to provide a free newsletter or record a poll response.

6. Featured creators, videos and links

The Service may feature Digital Asset Investor, Digital Perspectives and other third-party material. Their views are their own and are not automatically our views. Featuring a creator does not make the creator responsible for operating this website or its newsletter, and subscribing here does not automatically subscribe you to that creator’s separate list.

Videos are supplied through YouTube. Availability, advertisements, playback restrictions and platform features are controlled by YouTube and the uploader. A “latest video” label reflects the latest item available to our periodically refreshed feed; it may lag a new upload or display a previously cached item during an interruption.

External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them. Use of the XRP name or symbol does not itself imply sponsorship, approval or endorsement by Ripple or any other third party. Trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

Our original branding, design, text, software and other protected materials belong to us or our licensors. You may access the Service for lawful personal use, share links, and exercise rights provided by applicable law, including fair use where it applies.

Except as permitted by law or written permission, do not copy and republish substantial portions, sell access to our content, remove attribution or proprietary notices, impersonate the Service, or use our branding in a misleading way. Third-party videos and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and platform permissions.

If you believe material infringes your rights, contact us with your contact details, a description of the work, the specific page or material at issue, and the basis for your claim. Do not submit a claim you know to be false. We will review sufficiently detailed notices.

8. Acceptable use and service protection

Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit someone else’s address without authority, transmit malicious code or fraudulent information, harvest subscriber information, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or rate limits, or disrupt availability. Automated activity must not interfere with ordinary service or defeat abuse controls.

We may restrict access, reject submissions or suspend a feature when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations or maintenance. We may also change or discontinue features. Such action does not eliminate privacy rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

9. Availability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, delivery to a particular inbox, the accuracy or completeness of every item, or that external services will remain available.

To that same extent, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. These disclaimers do not exclude an express promise we have separately made or a protection that the law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SSP Organization, LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of data. Financial decisions you make remain your responsibility; this does not excuse unlawful conduct by us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, death or personal injury where protected by law, or any other liability or consumer right that applicable law makes non-excludable. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular disclaimers or limitations; in those places, they apply only to the extent legally permitted.

11. Questions, disputes and applicable rights

Please contact contact@thexrpblast.com with a question or concern so we have an opportunity to address it. This request does not require you to give up a deadline, regulatory complaint, court remedy or other right available under applicable law.

Applicable law determines the governing law and available courts. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive forum. Mandatory protections available to you in your jurisdiction remain in effect.

12. Changes and interpretation

We may revise these terms as the Service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will receive additional notice where required, and any assent required by law will be obtained. A change does not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for the future. Separate, expressly agreed terms for a particular product or promotion govern that product or promotion if there is a conflict.
