SSP Organization, LLC · The XRP Blast
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 28, 2026
How we collect, use and protect information, the choices you have, and how to contact us.
1. Who we are and what this notice covers
SSP Organization, LLC operates The XRP Blast, powered by ProCoinNews (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through TheXRPBlast.com, its newsletter signup and reader polls, associated newsletter communications, and requests you send us. SSP Organization, LLC is responsible for this processing; where applicable, it is the data controller.
This notice describes The XRP Blast’s practices. Other websites you visit, including ProCoinNews.com, YouTube, and advertisers’ sites, have their own notices. Linking to another service does not make all of that service’s practices part of this site.
Contact us at contact@thexrpblast.com for privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we collect
- Newsletter information: your first name when supplied in the poll flow, email address, newsletter preference, when and how you requested a subscription, the signup source, and whether you joined through the newsletter section or a poll invitation. We maintain subscription, delivery, validation and opt-out records.
- Technical information: our hosting and network providers process information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser or device details and error information to deliver and protect the service. Our signup audit record includes your IP address, a hashed IP address, browser information, signup time, source page and campaign attribution when supplied. We store these records in our access-controlled Google Sheets signup register and operational systems. A hash is a protective transformation, not a guarantee of anonymity.
- Poll information: the poll and answer selected, the vote time, and a hashed browser identifier used to recognize repeat votes. Aggregate answer counts and percentages are displayed to readers. We also record completed poll steps and whether the AfterOffers link was selected.
- Communications: your email address and the information you choose to include when contacting us, plus our response and request-handling records.
- Newsletter interactions: delivery outcomes, bounces, complaints, unsubscribe events, and link-click or campaign-attribution information generated by newsletter links and delivery systems. Loading remotely hosted images can also disclose technical request information to the server hosting them.
The landing-page form asks for an email address, not payment details, wallet information or an investment profile. Do not send passwords, wallet private keys, recovery phrases, government identification or financial-account details to us.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to provide the newsletter you request; deliver news, commentary and promotional offers; validate email addresses; manage subscriptions and opt-outs; operate polls and report aggregate results; respond to questions and privacy requests; understand campaign performance; maintain reliable delivery; prevent abuse and duplicate submissions; troubleshoot the service; and comply with applicable obligations.
Subscribers may be assigned to one of our ProCoinNews delivery lists for administration and delivery. This does not authorize unrelated publishers to market to you. Voting alone does not subscribe you. The poll completion flow requests your first name and email, then asks separately whether you want the newsletter. We associate completed poll submissions with the recorded answer and your Yes or No preference. Choosing No does not add you to the newsletter.
We do not use the signup or poll features to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you. Automated address validation, abuse checks and delivery routing can affect whether a subscription is accepted or delivered; contact us if you believe a mistake has occurred.
4. Newsletter choices and unsubscribe
Submitting the signup form requests email news and offers from The XRP Blast / ProCoinNews. Messages may include editorial updates, sponsored content, discounts and affiliate offers. Frequency can vary; “daily” describes the newsletter’s focus, not a promise of exactly one message per day.
You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter. You can also contact us from the subscribed address to request removal. We process opt-outs as required by applicable law; commercial-email opt-outs are honored within 10 business days at the latest. Opting out does not require a purchase or account login.
We may keep a limited suppression record after unsubscribe or deletion to avoid sending you further marketing. Necessary replies to a request you initiate are separate from promotional email. Unsubscribing here does not automatically cancel an independent subscription you arranged directly with another publisher or advertiser.
7. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on why a record is needed, rather than one fixed period for every record. We keep active subscription and delivery records while providing the service and as reasonably necessary afterward for consent evidence, dispute handling and legal obligations. Suppression records may need to remain longer to honor opt-outs.
We retain poll responses and browser-identifier hashes to maintain results and prevent repeat votes; the cookie’s one-year lifetime is not an automatic deletion deadline for server-side votes. Technical logs, validation records and correspondence are retained according to operational, security and request-handling needs and applicable obligations. There is no single automatic deletion period covering all of these systems.
When evaluating a deletion request, we consider whether information remains necessary for an active purpose, an opt-out, a legal obligation or a permitted exception. Backup or security copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. Information that can no longer reasonably be linked to a person may be retained as aggregate statistics.
8. Your privacy rights and requests
Depending on your location and the law applicable to us, you may have rights to know or access the personal information we hold about you; obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Not every right applies to every record or every business.
To make a request, email contact@thexrpblast.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe what you want us to do. For newsletter records, write from the subscribed address where possible. We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed and arrange an appropriate method.
We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to your request and explain any permitted extension or refusal. If an appeal right applies, reply to our decision with “Privacy appeal.” You may also complain to your relevant privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. These rights are subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions; retaining an opt-out record can be necessary even when other information is deleted.
For California residents, applicable rights can include access to categories and specific pieces of information, correction, deletion, and opting out of sale or sharing. We do not offer a paid privacy-rights waiver or a financial-incentive program in exchange for the information collected through this landing page. Our collection and disclosure categories are described above. For EEA and UK residents, the additional information below applies where the relevant data-protection law applies.
9. International processing and legal bases
The service is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where a cross-border transfer is subject to a legal safeguard requirement, that requirement must be met; using this site is not a waiver of it. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, the legal basis depends on the purpose: consent for requested marketing where required; legitimate interests in operating a secure publication, preventing abuse and maintaining delivery, balanced against your rights; and legal obligations for required records or valid legal requests. We use a contractual basis only where processing is actually necessary to perform an agreement with you or take steps you request before one. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
10. Security and children
We use measures such as HTTPS, restricted administrative access and hashed identifiers to reduce unauthorized access and abuse. No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been misused.
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s information through this service. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our services, practices or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different processing; posting a new policy alone does not authorize a use for which consent is required.
